Spot

It swings from a suitcase handle on the airport carousel, slides into a car boot, then passes into the hands of a hotel porter. The luggage tag is often where a journey first meets your brand. Strength of straps and loops, reliability of closures, how leather and fabric react to friction, legibility of the marking: everything is checked on a real sample before production, then inspected at every stage.
