Slip
There is the watch you wear, and the one you take along. For the second, this soft, pebble-shaped bespoke travel case sits in the palm, closes with a zip and slips into any bag. Its leather grain, its colour and the monogram embossed on top are decided with the Maison, so the case carries its signature on every journey.
Protect
Two days of meetings in London, and she takes a single watch, the one on her wrist. At airport security her watch goes into its case; at night, into the room safe. The case is drawn around it: a cushion sized to the strap, a lining gentle on polished metal, a format slim enough for an inside jacket pocket. For anyone travelling with several watches, a larger bespoke travel case follows the same logic.
Pack
The Prince of Wales check, the olive leather and the gilt studs come straight from the wardrobe, by design. For a woman who matches her watch to what she wears, its travel case speaks the language of her clothes. Inside, a removable cushion takes the strap and two zips close it all. We compose these pairings on samples, from the seasonal cloth to the shade of the zip pulls, until they sit right with your Maison’s codes.
Unroll
For a week at a watch fair, a collector brings several watches. At night, on the bedside table, the watch roll opens out and each watch finds its place. The number of places, their spacing and the height of the cushions follow his collection. A Maison may also make it the gift for its collectors at the launch of a series. When one watch is enough, the same leather becomes a single travel case.
Keep
Before a swim, at bedtime, in a hotel room far from home, a ring comes off more often than one might think. Each of those gestures is a quiet encounter with the jeweller. Hence this round, compact case, sized for a ring. It can open a whole family, with a larger travel jewellery box for longer stays and a jewellery pouch for necklaces.

This craft is where our Maison began: by taking over a Swiss company specialising in travel cases for watches that Camille set Maison Maëstra on its path, as our story tells. The same question still guides every creation: how do you protect a precious timepiece or jewellery piece on the move without taking anything from its elegance? We start from the traveller’s habits, their watches, their jewellery and their destinations, to design cases that are soft, compact and protective. For presentation in the boutique, our watch boxes and jewellery boxes answer to the same rigour.
The rigour behind a travel case
A bespoke travel case faces what a presentation box never does: jolts, an overfilled suitcase, constant moves from one bag to another. We prototype it for exactly those situations. How watches and straps stay on their cushions, the strength of closures and press studs, how leather stands up to friction, how seams hold: each point is tested on an actual sample before any series goes ahead. What we aim for is precision: a case that keeps everything in its place and keeps its looks, journey after journey.
Craftsmanship and rigour
A soft case is built differently from a rigid box. It calls for precise, patient work: stitching and padding the cushions, setting zips without a crease, joining leather and fabric, adjusting a removable or sliding cushion. We entrust it to artisans well versed in soft construction, and match every travel case to your Maison’s presentation boxes. Every detail, leather grain and topstitching colour alike, is decided on samples, before the prototype. A case for one watch, a jewellery roll or a pouch: the family stays coherent, from shop window to suitcase.
A sustainable vision of the travel case
A well-designed travel case follows its owner from trip to trip, for years on end. We favour durable leathers and fabrics, chosen with care, strong seams and cushions that keep their shape. Production is managed as closely as possible to your needs to limit our impact. Removable cushions also allow it to evolve with the watches it holds. An object taken everywhere should be able to cross time as well as time zones.
